class=\"translation-block\">Authors are required to participate in the congress either <strong>face-to-face or online<\/strong> for their papers to be eligible for publication.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">An author may participate in the congress with one or more papers.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">For the acceptance of the abstracts, at least one presenting author must register for the congress.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Papers that are not presented will not be published in the congress proceedings and will not be certified.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b.\tRegistration and Participation Fees<\/h6><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><strong>Registration Process:<\/strong> The registration fee and dates for participation are announced on the official congress website.<\/li><li><strong>Payment Methods:<\/strong> Registration fees can be paid via bank transfer to the TL, USD, or Euro accounts specified on the congress website.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c.\tPublication Requirements<\/h6><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li class=\"translation-block\">Papers that have undergone peer review and have been presented will be published based on the congress's publication options.<\/li><li>Authors are required to complete the following declarations for their papers to be published:<ul><li><strong>Copyright Transfer: <\/strong>Confirmation of the copyright transfer of the paper to the Therefore, authors are advised to use a professional language editing service or have their papers reviewed by colleagues who are native English speakers before submission.
